Let's Break it Down...

  1. Building Bonus - This bonus is an unlimited bonus available to ALL leaders.
         For each new representative you add onto your team you can earn up to $60 in bonuses for.
         Sign up 10 new representatives in 1 campaign that's up to $600 in bonuses alone you can receive!
         To qualify to get these bonuses your new representative must place a minimum $100 order in their first
              campaign AND pay on time and you will receive $20.
         In the second campaign your new representative must place a minimum $125 order AND pay on time and
              you will receive another $20. In their 3rd campaign they must place a minimum $150 order AND pay on
              time and you will receive another $20.​
     
  2. Advance and Earn - This bonus is for personally titling up.
         When you meet the qualifications of a new title for the first time you will receive a BONUS!
         If you achieved this title accelerated you will earn even MORE money!
         If you hit unit leader within 3 campaigns of signing up your first recruit you will receive a $300 bonus, if it has
              been longer than 3 campaigns it drops down to $100. If you achieve advanced unit leader 13 campaigns
              after achieving unit leader you will get the $800 accelerated bonus, if its after 13 campaigns it drops down
              to $400. It is the same all the way up to advanced leadership director.
     
  3. Develop and Earn - This is the exact same as the advance and earn except its for your 1st generation
         (people you immediately sign up underneath you).
         Once they title up for the first time not only are they going to be receiving the big bonus but as their leader you
              will too!
         This is an unlimited bonus, if you helped 10 people advance to advanced leadership director accelerated that
              is $250,000 in your pocket!!!
     
  4. Coach your team and Earn- Now that you have built a solid team underneath you, you want to teach them how
              to sell Avon and lots of it! The more your team sells the better your pay cheque will be.
         You earn commissions on your first 3 generations
              (someone you immediately sign up is 1st, the people your 1st sign up is your 2nd, and the people your 2nd
              sign up is your 3rd.)
         You need not only the leaders but the sales as well to continue to advance with Avon leadership and make a
              higher commission level from your teams sales.
     
  5. Maintain and Earn- Now that you have hit a new leader title and got your big bonus, you don't want to stop
              now! You can now earn yourself a maintaining bonus.
         If you maintain paid title for 6 campaigns after your hit title you will get yourself a nice extra bonus...but wait
              that's not all. If your 1st generation team members also hit a new title and maintain their title, not only are
              they receiving the maintaining bonus but you will as well.
     
  6. Fast Track - This pay is only good for leaders that just hit unit leader for the first time.
         This helps continue to push you so that you can hit advanced unit leader in your first 6 months.
         Fast track works by giving you guaranteed pay cheques for continuing to work your business - this is not an
              added bonus.
         To achieve fast track you need to hit PAID unit leader title every campaign, recruit at least 1 new
              representative that places a minimum $50 order, and hit the total team sales amount for that campaign

    (Note: this does not include your personal sales, if you are looking at team sales on ARC make sure to remember to subtract your sales). If you do all of this you will get the guaranteed earnings that are in pink. So for example if you ended up only making $50 in commissions in your 1st campaign after achieving unit leader and you met all the qualifiers Avon would go and send you another $50 to make it a guaranteed $100 earnings. If though you had $150 in commissions in the 1st campaign, Avon wouldn't send you any more money as you already achieved over a $100 paycheque. 

    If you achieve every single level in those 13 campaigns and you are going to receive yet ANOTHER bonus, this one is $1,000!!!!
